How to Return

  • How do I make a request for a return/refund?

    Please follow the steps listed below to ensure your return will be handled promptly and efficiently:
    STEP 1. Please submit a request for an RMA through our email support on the Contact Us page.
    STEP 2. Provide us with the sales order, invoice number, the part numbers that you are returning, condition of the package and the reason for the return.
    STEP 3. If the RMA is authorized, our RMA department will email the RMA form to your registered email address.
    STEP 4. You will need to print and fill out the RMA form completely.
    STEP 5. Please put the RMA form together with the return parts and ship the returning package to the indicated address on the RMA form.
    STEP 6. Submit the tracking number for return shipment with the RMA number through our Contact Us page.
  • What address should I send my return to?

    The return address will be provided to you on the RMA form. Follow the return instructions carefully. Returns may not go to the same address from which the parts came. We will email you the RMA information within 24-48 hours once your return request has been approved. Please be sure to check your email frequently for updates.
  • How do I return my core for a refund?

    To request a core return, please submit an RMA request on our Contact Us page for core return instructions.
